There is some basic information you need to start building your project in the Sablono platform:

  • Deliverables and their schedule. These are the different items that compose your project. They can be physical elements, from whole apartments to single components like doors, or they can be documents, deliveries, or others. You can import them from your software of choice along with the execution dates you have assigned to them.

  • Process Templates. These are repetitive sets of Activities that need to be carried out in the different series of Deliverables. They include the responsible Teams to execute and confirm them.

  • QA Checklists. These are optional for more complex Activities, used as quality control forms to be filled out by the responsible teams on-site.

Having this information ready, your first Sablono project can be set up in no time at all. Consider, though, that depending on its scale and the level of collaboration in your team, you can expect some weeks to have a solid working project.

And should you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us! We will help you make the most of your project and Sablono.
