The My Work page is the first page you see when you open a project. It helps you quickly understand what needs your attention and gives you direct links to the most relevant areas of Sablono.
Review your work overview
At the top of the page, Sablono shows project-relevant information for you and your team. The KPI cards highlight activities, obstructions, and quality issues that may need action.
You may see counts for:
Available Activities
Started Activities
Activities waiting for confirmation
Rejected Activities
Open Obstructions
Obstructions waiting for confirmation
Open Quality Issues
Quality Issues waiting for confirmation
Open the relevant details
Click a KPI card to open the related page with the relevant filters applied.
Activity-related cards take you to the Activity Tracker. Obstruction and Quality Issue cards take you to the Notes page.
Use quick navigation
Below the KPI cards, you can use the quick navigation options to open other project pages, such as:
Review the activities behind a KPI
Some activity KPI cards on the My Work page can be opened to show the activities included in that number.
Click an activity KPI card, for example Available Activities, Waiting for Confirmation, or Rejected Activities.
Sablono opens a side panel with the list of matching activities.
Review the activity status, activity name, Project Structure location, and Deliverable.
Click an activity to open its timeline and see more details.
If you have the required permissions, you can also update the activity status or report a Note directly from the activity list or activity timeline.
Note: Activities with QA Checklists may need to be completed from the Deliverables Overlay.
