The Package Tracker gives you a high-level overview of selected parts of your Workflow across the Project Structure. Instead of checking every Activity in the Activity Tracker, you can group important Workflow Templates, Groups or individual Activities into Packages and track their progress in one compact view.
You can access the Package Tracker from the project menu.
Define a Package
Click Define Package in the top-right corner of the Package Tracker.
Enter a Package name. This name will be shown as a column in the Package Tracker.
Choose a colour for the Package. This helps you distinguish Packages visually in the tracker.
Select the Workflow Templates, Groups or Activities that should be included in the Package. You can use the search field or expand the tree to find the right items.
Click Save Changes.
Read the Package Tracker
Each Package is shown as a column. The Project Structure is shown on the left.
Inside the cells, Sablono shows chips for the selected Workflow Templates, Groups or Activities that are relevant for the respective Project Structure level. Each chip shows how many Deliverables are fully done compared to the total number of Deliverables in that area.
A Deliverable counts as fully done when all Activities included in the selected Workflow Template, Group or Activity are finished and confirmed.
You can expand or collapse the Project Structure to review progress at different levels. When a higher level is collapsed, Sablono summarises the relevant Package information from the levels below.
Open the Activity Tracker from a Package
Click a chip in the Package Tracker to open the Activity Tracker for the relevant Workflow Template, Group or Activity. Sablono will open the Activity Tracker filtered to the selected Package content and Project Structure level.
This helps you move from the high-level overview directly to the Activities that still need attention.
Edit or delete a Package
To change an existing Package, open it from the Package Tracker. You can update its name, colour and included Workflow Templates, Groups or Activities.
If you no longer need the Package, click Delete Package. Deleting a Package only removes it from the Package Tracker. It does not delete Deliverables, Activities, Workflow Templates or progress data from your project.
Use the Package Tracker to quickly understand where key parts of your project are complete and where your teams still need to focus.
