Learn how the 30-day trial works, what happens when it ends, and how you can explore different Sablono packages — Track, Trace or Flow — to find the best fit for your team.

What’s included in your trial

Every new project you create in Sablono starts with a 30-day free trial.
You can fully explore the features of the package you select and experience how Sablono supports progress tracking, quality control, and collaboration — all in one place.

Choosing your package

When you click Create a new project, you’ll see options to select what you want to do on Sablono:

Based on the options you choose, Sablono automatically assigns the right package for your trial:

Your selection

Package created

Progress tracking only

Track

Progress tracking + QA

Trace

Progress + QA + subcontractor collaboration

Flow

A short message below the buttons will confirm the package (e.g. “Based on your selection, we will create a Sablono Flow project for you”).

If you’re not sure which options to choose, you can read more about each package in our Sablono Packages Overview.

Trial duration

Your trial runs for 30 days starting from the date you create your project.
You’ll have full access to all features in your selected package for the entire period.

What happens after your trial ends

When your 30-day trial expires:

  • All project members automatically become Reviewers (read-only access).

  • You can still log in and view your data.

  • To continue working actively, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid subscription.

No data is deleted — you’ll keep full visibility of everything completed during the trial.

Project-based trials

Trials are project-based, not account-based.
This means each new project starts its own 30-day trial, independent from previous ones.

You can explore multiple trial projects to test different workflows or packages.

Starting multiple trials

You’re free to create more than one trial project — for example, to test both Track and Trace separately.
However, please note: Data from one trial cannot be transferred to another.
Each trial project is completely independent.

Switching between packages

If you’d like to try another package (for example, moving from Track to Trace), simply start a new trial project with that package selected.
