Unfortunately, it's not possible to directly change a user's email address. This limitation is in place because the email address is a primary identifier for the user's account in our system. Allowing email changes directly could lead to security and data integrity issues.
If a user needs to update their email address, follow the steps below:
Sign Up with the New Email Address
The user must create a new account using their updated email address.Add the New User to Projects
After the new account is created, add the user to all the relevant projects they were previously part of.Remove the Old User
Once the new user has been added to the projects, remove the old user account from those same projects.Data and Logs
Please note that all previous logs and data will remain associated with the old email address. These records will not be transferred to the new email.
