If you are not receiving Sablono emails, please try the following:
1) Check if others on your team are receiving emails. If they are receiving emails, your inbox may be full and you may have to free up some storage. If they are not receiving emails either, please contact your Sablono application manager.
2) Check your "spam" or "junk" folder. If Sablono emails are being sent to your spam, go ahead and mark them as "not spam" to prevent this from happening again.
3) If the problem persists, please have your IT team whitelist support@sablono.com and all notifications from projects@sablono.com
