Issue:
This happens when progress is reported before setting up the checklist in the activity from the Workflow Template page. Once progress is recorded, the activity retains the configuration it had at that time, which can result in an outdated setup.
Solution:
To apply the most recent configuration (including the checklist), you’ll need to reset the activity.
Please note that this will remove any previously reported progress in this particular activity, including timestamps, status changes, and notes. However, resetting is essential to ensure that teams can complete the checklist as intended.
