Project calendar and time zone

The Project Calendar requires some basic input like working days and time in your project. Also, you have to define a project time zone. If your project takes place in multiple time zones we recommend selecting where the project is being planned and controlled or where most activities will be executed.

Non-working days (e.g. bank holidays)

Below the Project Calendar, you can define non-working days. You should enter all days on which your project team will not perform any work (e.g. bank holidays). After defining non-working days, work will not be scheduled during those days. Please note, reoccurring non-working days have to be added separately for each year included in the project run-time.

Project start- and due date

While creating the project in the first place, you will be asked to enter a start and due date for it. These dates can be changed in the Project Settings at any time. These dates will be used to evaluate your project's schedule as well as if it is running on time or not.

These are all the basic settings that you can configure while creating a Sablono project. Now, your project should be ready for automated scheduling.
